That's the worst. I got a hearing pad for my bed where my feet go. I can't sleep with cold feet.

@megrose Try and see if wearing socks may help. It does for me. I know what it is you feel. It's almost crippling.

I always wear socks . It's fine until I lie down but lying in bed is where I really feel my feet cold. I also get cold hands and my knuckles are ice
