What technique do u use not to allow ur rage from ripping ppl apart?

After a little counseling...I've realized that we only have control over ourselves and we must STOP writing scripts for others to follow!!!

@Bluesky53 what sometimes works for me is to realize that it's NOT ME BUT THEM that have the problem!!!!! I don't HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR CRAP!!!
