What makes you die a little each day?

I don't die a little each day, I'm actually regenerating myself a little each day. I don't compromise my health anymore to have enough to buy anything I don't need anymore. Even to run my body down to work extra hours when I need to rest my physical body, retreat to repair mind body and soul. Becoming more self aware and responsible in my life and being good to others I keep my peace. I don't compromise my self worth because I'm worthy of having better than what I gave myself, or subjected myself to previously.

I'm in no way shape or form done growing but I've gotten a hell of a lot better by just keeping myself away from things that are not for my best interest. And I keep a grateful attitude and keep my thoughts positive. I trust that I'm taken care of by my higher self, God, how I've learned God to be. I'm learning to live better and I try and share what I've learned with others to help them :) I only know by my personal experience and have much to learn, but rest is such a beautiful thing, lol.
