My thumb is so numb it hurts...

It has been like this for 5 days. Have NOT been sleeping on it. I slept on my other arm and woke in in pain from my other hand. I wouls shake it and run it under cold water. Nothing. Just painful numbness... Then I did sleep on it and then my hand felt better. After I woke up it went back to numb again. I cant feel it.

Sounds like a circulation problem.
Try stretching all over - there might be a pressure point somewhere that’s compressed when your standing.

@KaysHealingPath Yeah, i thought it was circulation as well. I stretched a lot and it helped.

@ScarletWitch Put your arms straight down with your hands angled upwards, lift your shoulders up and drop them repeatedly until you feel a tingling in your fingers due to the blood flowing, see if that temporarily helps. If it helps, then you have your answer.
