@nedkelly Same here, breakfast is generally an easy meal to fix and I make low-carb versions of pancakes, waffles and muffins at home. Can make breakfast for about 25% of what it costs in a restaurant.

@Stereoguy I found a little Babycakes mini cupcake baker at a yard sale this week and made low-carb brownies...so easy to use that and it doesn't heat the house up. Takes about 5 minutes to bake them.

@Stereoguy I've seen those for sale for awhile and thought they might be another little appliance that didn't get used much and shoved to the back of a cabinet...but for $2 it was worth the risk and I'm glad I bought it. ($20 normally for the mini)...if I can find a bigger one that bakes about a dozen at a time I'll get it. I could also make egg-cups with beef sausage, etc. and use it for breakfast.

@Stereoguy I think I do, mostly stuff cooked from scratch and fresh veggies and some fruit too. I spend time just about every day looking for new recipes.

@Stereoguy I crave all sorts of green veggies now and sometimes have them for breakfast with other foods. Made turnips with greens and have had them 4 times now...

@Stereoguy same here. I have some type of cruciferous veggie every day. Arugula (even better wild arugula) is probably the best one for detoxing the liver...I bought Brussel sprouts to cook, they must be in season now cause Aldi has them on sale.

@Stereoguy I like asparagus too, should have bought up a lot of it and blanched and froze it for winter😭 like I bought so many pounds of cherries and froze them.

@Stereoguy I do too, they don't mess with blood sugar like some of the other fruits do....and they have a bit of protein in them, and melatonin to help with sleep.
