Is McDonald's addictive?

Like I constantly crave Big Macs and if I don't have them I start gettin Bitchty and sick like legit head aches and puking. McDonald's is the only thing I can think of because when I crave it and don't have it I get nauseous. I didn't wanna ask because I don't wanna sound stupid asking if you can be addicted to food.
