Can't make a statement comparing with EP but I think that our relatively small number of active users doesn't help. Coupled with a huge amount here mostly or only for sexual talk and hookups...well, that seems to take a good amount of actual interaction out of the equation as well.

EP shut down because of safety concerns. This site is much smaller and doesn't have the resources of a large organisation.
There are more safety measures in place here if that is what you mean by 'censorship'.
