Should the Boy Scouts now allow girls to become scouts also? thoughts?

Girls have been allowed to join some Boy Scout programs for years. My daughter considered joining a Venturing crew at one point.-

@ProdigalSummer but shouldnt there be groups for each sex? its saying girls you are not important enough on your own.

@JustLikeGreta not if the programs are designed to be co-ed, like Ventuing and STEM scouts. Those programs were designed to coed.

@ProdigalSummer But its been shown that often children do better when separated according to gender.
