I realized I didn’t want it to have power over me... my fear that is. I want power of my fears so I decided I would not be afraid anymore... about a lot of things actually.

It made me very angry that my thoughts were controlling me. I’m strong willed and it pissed me off. When I decide something, it’s as good as done.
