@Bushmanoz haha road hockey mostly I have deformed feet and ankles so could never skate, however me and my buds got desperate on time and I duct taped the skates to my ankles hehe turns out I'm not half bad we played a few games till my ankles swelled, it was mostly a fight on ice more than a game but I scored twice!!!

@Mcduck8982 Mate that is impressive..I can't even stand on skates. My brain just says "balance on 2 thin blades of steel.. you can't be serious!?"

@Bushmanoz haha yeah bud if your ankle cave in or bend when you try to skate straight, tightly duct tape the ankle of your skates all the way to the top of the skate, it'll keep your feet and ankles aligned!

Thanks for the tip..but I think i'd shatter like a crystal vase if i tried to skate on ice now. plus an old bloke at a skating ring probably looks bad enough, let alone the creepy one with duct tape all the way up his legs
