Which country has the darkest skin colour in the world?

And also which has the lightest? Not including albinism or melanism or any other pigmentational disorder. I've sort of noticed that when you see black people some are darker than others, some people even have a very rich earthy colour to their skin while with white people they aren't always pale and white some have an olive like complexion and so forth. It isn't for any reason in particular - I'm just interested

@SakuraShimeji @NorthernRoses But they are people of the same race and nationality, that makes them a country. Plus it's well known that Africa is the biggest country in the world. So how could it be just 'Republic of South Africa', when that district is smaller than usa? I'm not sure, but I think that's where the african capital is ..correct me if I'm wrong.

@Dan193 They are not the same race and nationality. It's like saying Europe is a country, and that all Europeans are the same race and nationality.
Egyptians are Egyptians, Seychelloise are Seychelloise, Gambians are Gambians, etc.

There is no African capital, just as there is no European capital.
