What's the difference between a man and a boy?

Theoretically, a man is a person of the male gender whose primary and secondary sexual characteristics are fully manifest. However, in practice, alot of males who never achieve mental maturity. That's not to say that being a child at heart is bad, it isn't, but there is also a time to fully walk the adult walk when needed.

@Dan193 The primary sex characteristics would be the fully developed and visible sex organs. The secondary sexual characteristics on a human male are things like body hair, a deepening voice, etc.
