If you were a god, what would you do?

I'd make it so that anyone who tries to hurt someone/something else would be the one to get the damage. Imagine how frustrated people would get.

Get into a fight? Punch yourself, idiot. Some guy trying to rob you, what can he do? If he tried to stab you, he'd only stab himself.

Would be pretty funny to watch from a distance, and eventually people should realize that violence won't work on anyone but themselves.

Sad part is-- the system is already set up this way... in a metaphysical sense. What we do to others does come back upon us, just not in a direct method.

The only flaw I see in your "redirection" karma concept is that I sure hope you like only eating things that have fallen from the vine... because NOBODY is going to want to prepare meat after the first butcher dissects himself, or the farmer rends himself to pieces using a combine to collect crops.

Oh, and I am absolutely horrified by the prospect of people suddenly exploding in public like the mosquitoes and flies they slap.
