It not about your brother it's about you. If you do not want to be living at home then do something about it. Look at it this way you are saving lots of money because having a house cost money and come with many bills and living at home well you get your meals you do not have to cook or clean and you have company.

Your brother probably enjoys what he does and enjoyed his time responsibly in school. I’m in a very similar situation after studying in school hard then burning out and dropping out of college. I’m 30 now, and unsure what to do. Do I continue on the career route I set out for myself at the beginning of this year, or do I aim to save my little income to go back to school and get an AA or do I seek an apprenticeship in a trade. I like what I do but I don’t think there’s much promise where I live long term. Seeking another career would allow me to get the hell away from where I am and provide financial relief to pay off some debts.
