@Stereoguy The heat was oppressive in June but no doubt it's just the right temperature now.

@Stereoguy What's the weather there? It was about 90 and humid when we were in Florida. We were glad to cool off in the Atlantic on our way north while yet another thunderstorm was brewing!

@Stereoguy This morning it's 38... I expect it's colder with frost further inland but we're about 400 yards from the sea here.

@Stereoguy Much as my one experience of Florida wasn't very good, I envy you the temperature right now! We had torrential rain and humid heat, and the hotel we were in for a night in Orlando was an absolute dump! I think maybe Barbados would be better for my delicate constitution, but the prices there are absolutely horrendous! 10 US$ for a pineapple, for instance. It absolutely broke us when we went there for our silver wedding.
