Can a doctor answer this. Why am I always thirsty and have low energy..

Could I have diabetes?

If you have the onset of diabetes every day counts or you do damage to your body. It's one of those things that's worth checking out. It probably isn't, but best to find out, hey. Frequent urination is another potential symptom.

@Abstraction I drink two litres of water a day does that count?

I'm not qualified to answer on that, because amount of fluid depends on what you're eating, body mass, humidity, etc. Lots of sugar/salt/junk can lead to thirst.
My son got type 1 diabetes and it was his thirst and frequent urination that gave us the clue.
