Individually - Taiwan, but as far as a standing army is concerned I believe China has the largest force. Taiwan's army is so good though, that it could probably hold it's own against the whole Chinese Army for quite some time in a conventional war. The United States has promised on paper to come to Taiwan's aid against China if necessary, but we will have to borrow money from China to do it. 馃槅
