Back pain generally has one of three causes.
Trapped nerve; muscle spasm or disc trouble.
If it's a trapped nerve, there are gentle excercises that you can do to try and alleviate it.
It tends to sort itself out.
Muscle spasm is often treated with cold. So ice packs and anti-inflamatories are the way to go there.
If it's a disc problem, that really is serious. Since that's part of your skeletal system and it's hard for the rest of your body to function without it.
Nerves often become trapped between the disc and the protective cartilage between them.
But if you've done serious damage to a disc that may require surgical fusion with another.
It can be very painful and you have my sympathies ! I often have the same problem !!
@Picklebobble2 Thank you, I will look into the stretching
Hopefully it helps (thank you so much for taking your time and sharing)
I really do appreciate it.
I'm sorry your back pains as well, I never realized how difficult some activities could be under this situation. In all honesty, thank you for sharing this wisdom with me.

@SirDurpsAlot My pleasure. I've been meaning to go and have a look myself, but there may well be a video on youtube re: gentle exercises for your back.
