and I have lots of good reasons to quit
but its just not in my DNA
So No we "ALL" don't give up

@Pureblossom today quitting just comes to easy to some .
I love to say "get out of the way and let this crippled up old man show you how its done "
My back is really bad ,but I hurt no matter what so I still push on .
So many times I am doing something (especially overhead ,I hung sheetrock for over 25 yrs ,5/8 " on ceilings ) and someone way younger then me will say Here Rick let me take over on that for ya and give you a break, you run the screw gun and router a while and take it easy ,,after about 20 min they are like "Man you have been at this for hours and I feel like a wimp ,20 min and its kicking my butt how do you do it "(I can hold a board one hand and run a screw gun with the other or a router .
Years of it ,,and I never let the job beat me ,the more your do it ,the easier it gets until soon you can do it all day too ,,but not by giving up ,,
Now can I finish my job ? LOL(and I want it tight ,cut for a perfect fit )
Many times in my life I have been scared to death ,but quitting was not an option ,if we quit ,people died (that was doing search and rescue at sea )
I learned I can take way more then I ever thought I could especially when I am a little scared .(Up real high or in a bad sea ,one stupid move and your dead )
So I can honestly say I have had to just lay in a tight spot before and rest a second of possible ,but so far ,,no one has called me a quitter .
I guess its a pride thing ,,but it keeps me going and keeps me on my toes
