I am personally against people who lets say are clearly one gender and they dress like that gender and act like most of the people with that gender and then they say "I am trans." That is wrong and oh so stupid.
If that is not the case and you are going for pills and operation then choose what you feel like is right for you.
However; I doubt a real trans person would ever ask such a childish question.
