Why do people send me PM's with answers to my questions or post but don't comment on the post? What gives?

It happens often too - and it's not just one person

(I am referring to new people I've never interacted with, not existing and established friends)

I've asked a similar question earlier.... I find it very weird too. I guess it's different with everyone. Some are just shy, and some are sly.
Its up to you to decide who is what. 😏

@KaysHealingPath Yeah, more often than not they're sly.... Like 98%....but every once in a while, you'll find someone truly shy and without any ulterior motives. I'm saying this coz I have found someone truly awesome in this way. 😊
