Its just hair but im so miserable.

I asked to get a trim. And cut some of the dead ends. She didnt have me towards the mirror and cut off all my beautiful hair. I am so upset. I looked worse coming out there then I did going in. She said I hope you dont kill me, but it all had to go. She said, everything left is healthy. But my hair was fine. Just dry. Then she said she would had to charge me more to style it and straighten it. It was 32. And I said no. I am not taking a picture any time soon. Its horrible. I have been crying all Damn day since yesterday. My long hair is gone and im so furious. I dont know what I should do.

That was unprofessional. You don't go in for an appendix op and the surgeon tells you, oh we removed one of your kidneys as well...wasn't looking good (I know the example is a bit extreme ;-) ) but she really had no right to do that.... Like you, I would be livid.

I just couldnt believe she said: well if you want me to style it with a straighter to fix it, it will be another 12 dollars. Like wtf. I was so angery i was mad silent. Inside I felt like saying, bitch you should straighten my hair for free for fucking it up. But since her coworkers were there and other people I couldnt make a scene. I had act proper. I guess thats how I was raised to be.

I am similar to you, we hate scenes...but she had no right and she had a cheek wanting to charge you more! If they have a webpage, rate the salon and state your reason. She might be forcing her "haircuts" on others. It is unacceptable.
