Is the owl saying who or is he saying you, I assume it's neither, but which one does it sound like to you?

Well I live in the country and on rainy nights you can hear the owls going "To Wit, To Wit" which is odd because they normal also say Whooo, Whooo.. Anyway I asked the wise barn owl why there song was different on rainy nights and he said It's "Too Wet to Whooo" "To Wet to Whooo!" Then he took a shit on my car...
