It makes me feel happy. I don't take love lightly, so when someone says it to me, I feel special. I love a lot, and it's not just romantic.
shakenama · M
@rottenrobi A warm and fuzzy feeling?....you take love as very meaningful. nice 🤗
rottenrobi · 56-60, F
@shakenama Yes, it is a warm and fuzzy feeling. I love to be loved and I feel deeply. So to hear someone who is not afraid to express love, is amazing. There are many degrees of love, and it always feels good. 🤗
I've told a lot of people on here that I love them. It doesn't mean anything more than that I think they're awesome.
shakenama · M
@dumpstermeow nice...so you see love in different ways?
dumpstermeow · 41-45, F
@shakenama romantic love is only a small fraction.
shakenama · M
@dumpstermeow absolutely
Carver · 31-35, F
In that particular scenario, I would just think it's nice to know that they care. But for me personally, just knowing each other for two weeks while chatting only on a occasion is a bit too soon to be saying that mushy stuff, lol.
Carver · 31-35, F
@shakenama Hm. Well I personally have no problems telling my friends online that I love them back when they say it to me. I really do cherish and genuinely care about my friends on here to where I can say I feel an amount of love for them. I can't imagine why that would scare some people.

Theyre just being nice i guess. I wouldnt take it personally
UndeadPrivateer · 31-35, M
It's a sweet thought, I suppose. Context is everything.
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
Sounds like a friend reaching out, I'm indifferent

People throw I love you like Hello
I guess it's an overused word🤓
I guess it's an overused word🤓

@SW-User haha....just like "I love taco bell"? 😒

SW-User
Exactly That's the perfect example 😅
PaleandPolluted · 36-40, F
It would have little effect on me if put in a friendly way
Dusty101 · F
I'd have to question it as there are different forms of love. Even "friend" love. Two weeks is a bit on the soon side. However I suppose it's how it's understood. Perhaps it was "I luv ya" kind of message. But I'd still want to know what type it was. ❤
Dusty101 · F
Well I guess you're loved then. That's quite nice and rather sweet. You've obviously made a nice impact on that persons life. 😊

Two weeks? That seems a bit sudden to be professing love. I would think that is odd.
Newstart77 · 46-50, F
The key phrase here is "on occasion".
OkieGemini · 61-69, F
Sounds like they mean it in a friendship type of way...
whoowho · 41-45, F
In America, that is fairly common. 🙃
