So then why are there several episodes made claiming to be the real one? BECAUSE PEOPLE MADE IT UP BASED ON THE LOST EPISODE THAT IS A CREEPYPASTA. How can you be this naive? No children's cartoon company would ever let the team them produce a gruesome "lost" episode. Not only does it hinder production of episodes that need to be aired to keep up revenue, but there's no monetary gain. Even if they had the chance to create in their spare time, they wouldn't have access to all of the resources at their work because it's not work. I mean honestly, it's like saying that the slenderman creepypasta is based off of the original slender the eight pages game, and that Ben Drowned is real and came first when in reality both of those creepypasta were created on forums and now have fan based games, videos, and stories. So take the time to think about it.

There will be dozens, if not more episodes of spongebob that will never see the light of day. Just because it's discussed on creepypasta doesn't mean everything is fiction dreamed up by contributors there. In my last post, I made it very clear that the episode wasn't a 'lost' one, it wasn't made for the public to see, you can't possibly think every episode of a TV show makes it on screen, have you never heard of the cutting room floor? I've already stated that it wasn't for public consumption, that means it's not for air, that means it's not for viewers to watch, that means it wasn't written for tv, that means it wouldn't have been included in nickelodeon's schedule. Is that any better? The point I made very, very clearly, was that it didn't originate on creepypasta, people there just offered their own ideas. There is a feature length episode of Futurama called Benders Big Score. That was televised, it was also discussed and elaborated on by users of creepypasta, that doesn't mean that they wrote the episode.

It's possible that dozens of people wrote the original, different version? Unless you can travel between dimensions, I can't see how every persons claim can be true. Ragdoll, I'll try to find it for you, I'm almost certain I seen it in a video by PhantomStrider in one of his lists of worst /scary cartoons. Unfortunately people did what they usually do, and started seeking attention by editing bits of normal episodes together and titling them Squidward suicide etc..as someone says, it is on creepy pasta, but people just offer theories, or their stories of why the episode exists. Look, the creepypasta was first. If you read it it's about a Nickelodeon employee who, along with several other employees, finds (I believe) a tape labelsled squidwards suicide. They watch it and several of the employees commit suicide and the tape is not recovered. The so called hidden episode you think is first is fan-made. In a separate video I've seen on YouTube it's explained that it's based off of the creepypasta and that the episode is not real.

I understand that there are lost episodes but how in the world do you think they were able to get gruesome videos that Nickelodeon was totally okay with putting in a spongebob episode? I know for a fact that the episode was written first, as the original posts on creepy pasta debated whether the show was coming to an end. It was taken seriously rather than the usual feel of the site. People only started offering elaborate theories after the shows writers acknowledged it was in existence, and wasn't for public consumption

It's possible. It's on a lost episode forum. Follow the link and you'll get to the original author of the story. They have the screenshots to prove it. The episodes are fan made and there are several.

@ragdoll, unfortunately not, none that I'm aware of anyway. I've only saw a brief ad on nickelodeon with spongebob standing beside a sign saying new episodes coming soon. I haven't seen any clips of future episodes
