Hot Lava Sandwich. I made it myself. its spicy but really big. I use to make them for my lunch at work. a one big sandwich already fills me up.
Its made with Hot spicy dressing with Jalapenos. Bacon. Turkey and smoke ham meat with Pepper Jack Cheese and 8 pieces of salamis
