@CoxswainOtter I don't disagree with anything you said but I would like to point out that mexico has the same natural resources the US has and in times of a crisis like an earthquake they do get in there and do the right thing. They just don't do it on a daily basis. There is no welfare, there is no healthcare for the poor. It is a country of haves and have nots. the president dries himself off with $600 towels while most of the country is practically starving. Many towns do their budget and it is based on how much money they expect family members to send home. Meanwhile, the haves live like kings and queens.

I'm not even sure what you two are arguing. I thought this was about Mexico rescinding it's offer of aid to Texas. They should. They have an obligation to help the Mexican citizens first. What is the issue??
