Sometimes I don't. I let them be and they pass on their own.

Other times I express them in arts or sports. Find the reason why I am experiencing them and reacte accordingly.

It means you haven't moved on or treated the matter like you feel is appropriate.

It takes time for us to process events. It takes even more time for us to realize our power and assume responsibility for them without being too ruthless towards ourselves.
Everything from 'taking a walk' to 'writing' to 'talking', 'self medicating','group therapy','clowning', 'breaking things', ......It depends on the intensity. It depends on the emotional investment.

@SW-User talk to someome you trust. Then exercise like crazy, look at it as a learning experience, better yourself and move on. Stuck feelings are life's way of saying "something has got to change."
