To be honest.

I get a little nervous right before I say Worcestershire sauce.

Bouyantwater. Its actually ok to say Worcester ("Wurster") sauce - we don't really bother about saying the shire bit and he "ce" in Worcester has also disappeared.
Gloucestershire is the same but they don't make a sauce there.
