Sometimes when I buy just a bread or some cheese and go with that to the cash register to see everyone unloading their huge ass grocery carts

@Dan193 The amount of groceries some people buy is horrendous. You shouldn't be embarrassed. You are likely in good shape eating that kind of food.

@PoetryNEmotion I know and understand that most of those people just go once or twice a week to the supermarket and just get a ton of stuff to supply their whole family for the week, but it's still a bit unconfortable.

@Dan193 I used to go once a month. It depends upon when you get paid. At least you get to go in the express lane.
