At what point can you begin to feel the seasons change in your body? Are you in tune with nature to be able to pinpoint these changes?

Tell me how that's like for you, if you don't mind 😊

I get an email about season changes and things to think about and things to do. It's somewhat Pagan inspired. I do some of the things in it. I don't necessarily feel the changes in the seasons outside reflect what my body/mind/soul is going through though. I also am housebound due to a health condition so am a bit less aware of nature seasons as I'd like to be but I get nature brought in from outside and look at pictures.
I reflect on things a fair amount. Situations, feelings, perspectives.

I've always loved autumn. I love how the foliage change colors, the soft cold breeze of the coming winter and how I could take long walks. :)

My allergies act up when seasons change. All 4 of them.

You feel the cold air around you, disguised by the hot sun. You can sense a earthy smell and the only flowers left are the ones that survive fall.
