Has this ever happened to you?

Okay so like I'm recently texting someone and when I text them I get nervous. And when they text me back i feel like my heart has dropped and it hurts in a good/bad way, my stomach turns to where I feel like I'm going to throw up. Ive never felt this before 馃様 idk...is it like "butterflies" or something?

P.S.: I've known this person for 3 years

@Weinerschnitzel Depresion and suicidal thoughts are defenses. Better to face risk of rejection, uncertainty, loss but being careful of course. Why afraid to be yourself?
