Hopefully, you were able to avoid most of that weather! Yikes! I've got a friend in Houston...

I've never been a fan of big cities... too many people, crammed into any area, makes me uneasy...

@Shipwrecked yeah my brother and his family used to live in Houston back in the day and I used to go down there to visit on holidays and such you couldn't pay me to live in that City but my heart goes out to them folks down there, we're getting a lot of evacuees up here in our shelters now must be a very tough thing to have to go through that's for sure

@Cindy Glad they got out... (even if it was a while ago...) I've thought about moving down that way, to be closer to the Gulf... but I don't know if I want to trade my tornadoes for hurricanes or not...lol

@Shipwrecked well I always wanted to go to Port Arthur and Corpus Christi at along the Texas coast there I didn't really care for Houston at all, I heard very beautiful out of that area Corpus Christi and down along the southern Texas coast, I wish I would have went down there before this hurricane now I guess I'll just wait

@Cindy The current weather has definitely slowed my desire to move...lol

@Shipwrecked yeah well what can you do? You got tornadoes you got blizzards you got hurricanes you got earthquakes on the West Coast there's always something
