Not starting it. :D But if you MUST, I would suspect this is inevitable if it's a co-worker, stick ONLY to business, limit any details, stay professional and kind. Always tell yourself "As long as *I* the decent person here" when talking to difficult people. You can't control how THEY will respond, only how YOU will be talking to them. ;)

@ItsAllAboutLove Like hypothetically let's just say that they're piquing your anger. What would you do then? When they try to break your restraints even when you're being a professional?
