Why do phone calls give me such anxiety?

My dad just makes me call for like our internet services and stuff and everytime I'm on the line with these representatives it just gives me such anxiety....1.) is because I may need to give them info I don't have and stuff.....but like ugggh it just gives me so much anxiety and it sucks...why is this though? :(

When you need something from people it's a good idea to have all the info you might need to hand.
So, account numbers; accurate description of any problem; when you noticed there was a problem...etc.
You can jot all this down before you make your call !
That way it's all to hand.
Planning before you act is a good trick to learn in life.
