@SW-User Of course there should, to some degree. But I don't believe people should put punishment over therapy/help/rehabilitation.
I think there are just people, really. Behavior that is considered "bad" is highly determined by the sociological, and sometimes people don't get the best upbringing/environment/genes(mentioning genes, because of how there are certain developmental disorders that make it more difficult to understand social cues, making it harder to distinguish right from wrong). People who are considered bad people are often miseducated, have been through a lot in life, or have some psychological issues.
So just because someone does things that are considered bad, I wouldn't consider them bad people. Likewise, I don't consider people who do good things as good people (like Mahatma Gandhi, known "good guy" and an incestuous pedophile).
