Make sure you are getting adequate magnesium and B-vitamins and avoid sugar, sugar can cause hormone imbalances.

@SW-User don't take them at night then, they are giving you something you need or you wouldn't feel a rush with them.

Indeed they made me feel more energetic but that was the downside. And yeah used to take them after dinner sometimes

@SW-User coffee, tea and soft drinks can flush them out of your body so if you take them early in the day don't drink any of those.
