I felt like I got old overnight! Just woke up with aches and pains, gray hair and wrinkles. My mind is still 30 though.

I'm definitely feeling it and I'm not old. So much to do so little time.

I started showing strands of grey hair at age 26. That's what trauma does to ya lol.

Yes. I sat on the couch on my 25th birthday last month and thought, damn, a fourth of my life is over 😫
