When eating an apple, do you eat the whole apple or do you throw the core away?

I cut it into quarters, cut out the core and seeds (leaving as much apple flesh as possible), and then I cut it into eighths.

@Byron8by7 sounds like it, :) I'm serious about it with other fruits when I make a fruit tray for the people at work, and I also put a few grapes seedless ones of course in the middle
