You mean ugly people or rejected people? I have seen some great looking ugly people and also some not physucally attractive beautiful people which wpuld be labelled as ugly by some who are too ugly within to look beyond the surface.

I thinknyou feel ugly because you have been rejected but I'm guessing you are not physically ugly. Most people can look ok with a little grooming. But that doesn't help the pain you feel inside.
