What do you do before you go to sleep?

Make sure doors are locked; lights are off and that my phone is updated.

Turn the lights off

I shower, style my hair and prep myself for the next morning. I put in my retainer, take my BC, turn off the lights and pray before I go to sleep.

It's the same routine every night.

Get on SW

Brush my teeth and pray that the aliens won't abduct me. They can be jerks.

Lock gate, feed cat, check SW, sometimes read. Turn lights off

Stay up late

Brush my teeth.
