hi ForeverPink
Only if you do not want to eat meat. Otherwise it would be a bind.
I have been vegetarian 35+ years and never give it a second thought.
Best wishes

I hardly eat meat and I eat well, there are many recipes on PETA and articles of why not to eat meat

What about things like dairy? Eggs, milk, etc.

Oh totally. The only difficult thing is the way some people react to it. (Although to be fair I'm not a huge meat eater to begin with) But like honestly the longer you go without meat the less you want it. Especially if you're a fan of some of the "superfoods"You should do your research and definitely consider supplements. Seeing a doctor is also a great idea (definitely before going vegan)
