@Miram Don't say too much cause I have PTSD but... what happened?

@Miram having people you care about turn on you.. being bullied severally for several years. losing loved ones. then all the self hatred im doing to myself.

@SW-User This will pass. I try to remember that myself did good things and can do more besides the bad. And I try to be selfcompassionate when I can make that choice. I am sorry you went through that.
