former boyfriend said what he loved the most about me is how much I've suffered. Do you think that was his wish, to make me suffer?

@MartinTheFirst He didn't seem super angry and he is very intelligent but he could be a sadist. He liked to talk about other women all the time, good times in the past. He knew I hated it. I finally dumped him and told him to go hook up with them.
