Have you ever known anyone who had a really unusual life?

@VodkaBec I grew up with family members with mental illness, my father murdered my mother and all my sisters have been institutionalized. They call me the Lucky One, I don't believe in luck at all

@VodkaBec That's a good thing they escaped their old life, I've known people like that. My great grandfather road & lived on trains during the depression.

I've known outlaws, hookers and celebrities.

@Whispersindreams I've known several men who had to drop out of school in grade school to work like adult men to help support their family after their father died. One stayed in school but worked every chance he got and double jobs when he graduated.

@VodkaBec thank you...I believe one day we'll have a natural cure for most of these mental illnesses...diet and lifestyle are a huge part of it...trying to convince someone who is sick already they can make a change for the better is not easy, by the time they are diagnosed they are dependent on their doctors for advice and care and the doctors have a $ motive in it.
