Do you every say complain that you are tired or say you didn't sleep well but in reality you just stayed up until 2am watching a bright screen?

Sometimes i say I am tired or say I didn't sleep well. When really I just sat in bed playing a video game or writing on here, or watching tv or all three until the wee hours of the morning and thus squandered my time to sleep.
