@SW-User OK but you're still discounting biology. We've evolved with specific traits intended to further the species. There are laws in many places that prohibit gender bias but we'll never be able to legislate biology.

I'm not sure of the point you're trying to make, (well, actually I am) but there will NEVER be a "gender neutral society" as long as there are different genders involved. You can argue that all day but you'll still be wrong.
