Oh lady... you poor thing. I know it brings a momentary relief, but it's so bad for your self-esteem. :( I know that might not matter right now... but try to remember doing it doesn't actually fix any problems. I know it's damn hard to stop.

I hate that you're feeling this way. I don't know if it helps, but my PM box is always open to you if you need an ear.

Also, a thing that helps me when I get this way is running REALLY hard. Mine is often aggression based (at myself) so I feel like I had to punish my body somehow. I'm not sure it's like that for you... but that was part of it for me. So sometimes physical exertion can really help.
That is really genuine great advice.....personally I feel 100% better after a good work out too.a healthy cooked meal and sleep are also apart of natures powerful natural remedy/healers @caccoon

@TornByWater Absolutely. :) Eating healthy is so important. Mental health is really about finding a combination of things that works for you. I find meditation really helps, as well as keeping a gratitude journal. It's all about upkeep. It seems like a lot of work sometimes but yeah... when you keep up with it, it's good.

Singing is lovely therapy as well... :)

And I know how all of this shit is just "UGH" to think about when you're on a low. At least it is for me. I am just in this "fuck it" mood, but... I just try to sleep until I'm ready to deal with it haha. (Life obligations withstanding).
😎👍 ..... one step at a time .....the light will shine again ☀️🌈No good soul should suffer alone. @ScarletWitch YOU are not alone 🌅@caccoon

*group hugs you both* Yes. :) It's important to know we're not alone, and it's okay to be unhappy. There will be good days, even if it doesn't feel like it in the moment. <3

Get sleep(I know that is hard sometimes). Things are so much worse when you're overtired.
