if it's gross to other people is irrelevant. if your girlfriend chooses to remain unshaven, then that's her choice and no one else's. it's also not your choice either, no matter how long you've been together or anything else. if you love her please support her if whatever choice she makes about her body, and if you can't support her then either keep it to yourself or, to leave it unsugarcoated, call it off.
but tell your girlfriend i think she's beautiful <3

If girls weren't supposed to grow facial and bodily hair then they wouldn't in the first place. it's so rare for a girl to have facial hair that people like you are so close-minded about it and view it as disgraceful.
