No, but there was one guy who bullied everyone and at times try to bully me, after that we became friends, and he changed. It's unbelievable because I discovered that he was the best friend to everyone after that, and generally a great guy.

@SW-User yeah, it happens especially if the person is still of young age. Young misguided people do silly stuff, especially when they don't receive proper guidance from their parents.
